No. The China Experience is for stylists, salon owners, current hair-brand founders, and aspiring founders who want a clearer understanding of hair sourcing, quality, vendor relationships, and the supply chain.

Yes. Many participants come independently. You will join a supported group experience and receive clear preparation and arrival guidance before travel.

No. Education and guidance begin before departure so you can arrive more prepared, know what to look for, and know what questions to ask.

You may pay $10,800 in full, $3,600 per month for 3 months, or $1,350 per month for 8 months.

Rachel and her team provide guidance and reminders during the preparation process. Each traveler remains responsible for purchasing their own international airfare and completing their own visa requirements.

After you reserve your room, you will receive your confirmation and welcome emails. Please subscribe to our email list as well to receive participation intake forms, your preparation timeline, and steps for joining the education and community experience.

All payments made toward the Experience are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to deposits, payment plans, and paid-in-full purchases. Participant acknowledges that the Experience requires significant planning, contractual commitments, and non-recoverable costs. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, injury, personal circumstances, visa issues, travel disruptions, government restrictions, acts of God, pandemics, or force majeure events. Participants remain financially responsible for the full cost of the experience, regardless of whether they participate or complete it.

No. Shared rooms are sold out. Two private rooms remain for April 10-17-2027.
