Your China Experience
Your schedule is designed to balance real sourcing education, factory access, community, cultural immersion, and space to process what you are learning.
Day 1 Welcome To Qingdao
Arrive in Qingdao, where a private car will pick you up and bring you to the Westin hotel. Today you will get adjusted to the time zone, get a little rest, and have a meet and greet that evening at 6:30 pm.
Day 2 Travel + Meet The Team
High-speed train to Heze, check into our hotel, and have a welcome dinner with the team at the factory that produces the hair. Meet the team at the factory and gain context around products, process, and sourcing decisions behind the hair you purchase or want to create.
Day 3-4 Factory Tours + Owner Meetings
Touring the factories and other relevant sourcing partners, learn how the hair extension supply chain works, and see how products are processed behind the scenes.
Day 5 Visit The Preferred Factory + Travel
You'll see where the magic is made. Then we'll have lunch and catch the evening high-speed train back to Qingdao.
Day 6 Cultural Immersion + Branding
We'll spend half a day soaking up the natural beauty and Chinese culture at Laoshan Mountain. We'll do light hiking and experience a traditional tea tasting. You'll have some afternoon free time to explore Qingdao or your scheduled branding shoot.
Day 7 Integration + Creation
In the morning, we'll focus on branding shoots, masterminding, and free time. In the afternoon, we'll head to the factory office and have our farewell dinner.
Day 8: Head to the airport
We'll say goodbye, and your private transfer will take you back to the airport.
The experience continues after the flight home
Your China Experience is not limited to the days we are together overseas. Rachel supports participants from enrollment through preparation, during the trip, and as they put their sourcing knowledge and business ideas into action afterwards.
